Weare are trying to add our daughter and son-in-law to our timeshare Title in Kona. Are there on-line forms that we can use? Or a better way of doing this? Also, when filed, do the papers go to the Kona county Recorder or Bureas of Conveyances? Thanks Marie
Hi mltm!
Welcome to forums!
You will need a quitclaim deed in order to add your daughter and son-in-law to your timeshare title. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will draft the deed for you.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
