I have a contract stating the my mortgage is due on the 26th of every month. The lender is saying on the 1st of very month. The lender is telling me that I'm getting charge on daily interest a few days before I pay on the due date. Their telling me its a daily interest because I have to pay every 30 days from the last payment. My contract does not state that! I have had them send me a copy of my contract and both matches. Now my question is, "it time for my lawyers to get involved with this?

Yes, you can get your lawyers included in the process. Let them review your loan docs. If there is anything wrong, then you may take legal actions against the lender.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
