if I make a complaint or a qualified written request to the lender then within how many days or months does the lender is required to resolve the issue that I would be placing

As per section 6 of RESPA the lender should acknowledge the request or complaint that you will be sending within 20 days and within sixty business days must try to resolve the matter.

Under Section 6 of the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act, borrowers have to make a qualified written request to the lender if they have any complaints regarding the servicing of the loan account. The lender has to resolve the complaint within 60 business days. However, if you do not get a suitable answer from the lender, you may file a complaint with the HUD. But during this time, you should continue with the mortgage payments.
