My first wife's name is on the house title with me. Can I add my second wife's name now?
hi shelly,
you can use a quit claim deed to include her name in the title of the house. after the quit claim deed is made out she will also have a share in the house along with you and your previous wife.
your previous wife's share will remain as it is and your current wife will get a part share of the half interest you have in the house.

Hi Shelly,
You can add your second wife's name to the title by signing over a quit claim deed or a grant deed. In this way, your second wife will be able to get a share of your interest in the property.
Thanks,
Sara
