I had to have my insurance company reissue a 2nd check because it got lost inthe mail.
Since the damages 2 years ago and still the loss draft has not been endorsed the propert was on the market and our closing is oct 11,2013 what cani do to expedite the signing of this check

You will have to negotiate with insurance company and convince them to sign the check. Apart from this, I don't think there is anything else that you can do.
