I share a border line on one side . It is about 25/30 feet of dirt that falls on my property. I have been cleaning it up myself by hiring out someone that has a bobcat.This has been going on for 12/15 years now, I have been served papers for cleaning this up it is there dirt that is falling on my property. What is the boundary line of set line or what ever they call it. I would think they would have to keep there dirt off my property??.. Can you help with this.. I live in Alabama..
That is 25/30 feet above me and 150/175 feet long and when it rains a lot water and mud slide down into my yard..
