i made my sister my power of attorney to hold some money from a sell of a home while i was in jail when i got out she had spent it all she says she dont have any money but she has a car and owns some in a house and has alot of stuff in the home that worth money i need my money...she says she dont owe me anything i have the paper work were my attoreny turned the money over to her i need help i didnt not ever tell her she could spend my money
