In my opinion you should contact any real estate agent providing services in the region you are looking to purchase the house in, they would be able to give you a better estimate.

you are going to buy your home.Regarding its cost, this is depend upon where is your home & what is cost of home in that location.
For best way you can do cost estamate from any expert because costing wil be done on localization.
If you want to buy home on more cost then you can give advertise on news paper or to tell your friend who has need of home.
