Can you originate loans for more than one company or is this a violation of some sort.
Welcome Dante,
There are states which do not allow a person to originate mortgage loans for more than one company. You need to check out with the state laws. If you can give me the name of your state, then it will be possible for me to provide you with the required information.

Hi Dante,
I do not think laws for loan originators vary on this issue on state basis. As per laws an originator can work on behalf of only one Licensee at a time.
