Please tell me how to review an appraisal report the 1004 in the minutest detail
Uniform Residential Appraisal Report Fannie Mae Form 1004 is used to report appraisal of any one-unit property. The report form can not be used for reporting appraisal of a unit in a condominium or manufactured home or cooperative project.

1.Complete rear, front & street scene photos of the said property
2.Site sketch
3.Photos of front of each comparable already sold property
4.Location map
5.Appraisal as per Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines

you can hire a qualified certified appraiser to do it for you. Your question is a bit like going on a medical forum and asking how to perform an appendectomy. I would hope you would want a surgeon to do that for you rather than an x-ray technician
