how to reverse the process?
hi robert,
welcome to mortgagefit forum.
once a person quit claims his rights over the property the deed cannot be reversed. only way one can get back the property is for the person to whom property was given makes a new quit claim deed to transfer it back to the original owner.

Robert,
I agree with Colin, reversal is only possible if the new owner quit claims it back to the original owner.
Otherwise if you were pressurized into signing the deed or some other unlawful measures were taken by that person to make you sign the deed then you should consult a lawyer. Discuss possibility of taking legal action against that person but for that you should have sufficient proof of it.
If you have any other doubts let me know and I will try to solve them.
Thanks

yeah Robert, one can reverse the deed by drafting a new deed and then getting it signed by the notary public before it is being recorded at the office of the County Recorder.
