1. Can I claim that 1/2 of my husband is mine as he already signed quick claim and it's autorized by public notry and record to the county?
The problem is the county stamp unofficial document on quitclaim deed.
2. Will I have a problem with the stamp says unofficial document?
3. Should I change to be official document? How ?
Thanks

Can you explain a bit more what difficulty you are facing? I can provide you with some suggestion if you provide some more details.

First of all it is important to know why the document was stamped by the county recorder as unofficial document.
If it is stamped as unofficial document then it has no value. But you have also mentioned that it was recorded with the county. They recorded unofficial document?

Hi upiktopi,
Welcome to the forums.
I could not understand how the county stamped your quitclaim deed as unofficial document. I think it would have been better had you asked the county recorder the reason for stating the document as "unofficial". Anyway, I feel you should consult a lawyer now and take appropriate advice.
Thanks,
Sara
