You mean to say that when your servicer was changed, the current company did not include your escrow payments? Please explain your situation. It's not quite clear to me.
I guess your current company have just missed out the payments. Just talk to them on this issue and let me know what they're saying. I can then give you some suggestions.

It can be possible that all your records did not get transferred properly when the servicer was changed, and because of that the new servicer was not able to pay the taxes in time. You need to contact the lender and know what actually had happened.
