My husband and I own a corporation in Idaho. A few years ago he bought an older manufactured home on some land with his inheritance. Under advice from a CPA, we put the title under our business name. We have decided to dissolve the business and we wnat to quitclaim the property to ourselves before we close the business. How do we go about doing this?
The property was transferred in the name of the corporation. Now for its distribution the corporation needs to be formally dissolved.
After which the assets can be distributed to its shareholders.

hi leezer,
welcome to the forum.
you need to consult an attorney and get a quit claim deed prepared by him.
the deed should mention that you and your husband (under your corporation's name) are transferring the manufactured home to you and your husband as individuals. thus your corporation becomes the grantor and you and your husband are the grantees.
hope this helps..
god bless you.
