can a person be removed from a deed unwillingly if that person was quick deed on and does not have nay mortgage responsibilities?
no

after you are given ownership of property through a quit claim deed, you cannot be removed without your consent.

you become a co-owner after a quit claim deed is made to include your name.

thanks

Carrob,

Only you have the right to transfer ownership rights on share of property you own.

If anyone forces you to sign over property rights then it is illegal. Such a person can face prosecution.
