I own property that I would like to sell but I have a judgement against me for a forecloser can I quit claim this property to my son and will he then be able to sell the property without the judgement affecting him. I live in SC
Donna,

Selling a home with judgment is not possible. If you transfer it to anyone, he has to pay off the judgment first and then sell. But before you transfer, inform your judgment creditor about it.

If because of the judgment a lien has been placed on property then your son will take over the property along with the burden of paying off the lien.
