can you give a 1 year quit claim deed? or can quit claim a house for 1 year?

Are you looking for a quit claim deed form?
Just to inform you that there isn't anything as 1 year quit claim deed. You may use the deed and transfer your property for as many years as you wish. But if you intend to get it back, the deed has to be canceled. For this, you need to convince the person to whom property will be tarnsferred, so that he quitclaims it back to you. This is known as Reverse quit claim.

Like Sara said, quit claim deed once made out permanently transfer all rights grantor has over his property to the person named as grantee.
On the deed it cannot be specified that the deed will transfer property to grantee only for so many years. And that the grantor will regain ownership after those years have passed.
