hey everybody there was a discusin before dat can a person buy a studio by home loan .i replied her no but what if there is a house attached with the studio than can she buy a studio along with house from home loans

Ok, and studio is attached to home. Then you can buy studio & attached home by showing you are buying home.

yes indeed...it is always helpful to take advice from an expert. it sounds to me like someone is trying to purchase a property that is mixed-use. it's not clear, of course, what the "studio" aspect of it is, but with a little bit more explanation, we may be able to solve this puzzler.
