I own two mobile homes 1968 and 1974. I have a long term tennant who would like to purchase them. Where can they get a loan? They have pretty good credit.
Hello Greg,
I'd like to give it a try. My name is Will. I am a mortgage consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance.

Welcome Greg,

Do the mobile homes have permanent foundation? I am asking this because it helps to get loans on mobile homes if they have such foundation.

Hi Greg. F,

It's good to hear that your tenant has good credit. In fact, it is really necessary to have a sound payments history so that you an qualify for the best available rates.

Just to inform you that we have a group of ranked lenders in our community. These lenders try their level best to offer various financing options and help people realize their dream of homeownership. If your tenant is interested, he may send us his Request for free mortgage quotes.

As soon as we receive his request, it will be forwarded to our community lenders so that they can come out with a favorable loan option at a competitive rate of interest. The lenders shall contact him if his requirement matches with their profile and area of expertise.

Good luck :)
