Do you have any idea if what could be the minimum or maximum income of a mortgage broker a year? Mortgage broker is a good job if you know how to deal with it.
low 5 figures to high 6 figures.
i would wait... there is some legislation just enacted that affects how we get paid. It is a mess.... we cannot get any clarification or guidance on compliance from the very people who legislated this.

Because this industry is usually commission only, it really depends on several factors, your work habits, your lead source and what type of payout you receive as a broker. Because there are many industry changes going on right now it would be hard to guess. However, if you are a aggressive sales person you could easily make 3 digits, but in this type of market you are probably looking at 30,000 to 50,000. Again some mortgage places of base pay plus commissions, or just commissions.
