I signed papers in order to buy a house. Can I back out of the deal if something is wrong?
Well, as far as I know, there is a 3 day time period given to the buyer within which he or she can cancel the deal.

If you signed a contract, I would hope your contract states that the purchase is subject to home inspection and if anything wrong, you can cancel the contract.
Or, do you mean something is wrong with you, your credit, your money avaialble, etc
Is something wrong with the house or you?

If you haven't crossed this 3 day period, you are free to make any changes that are required.
The home buyer is given 3 days time to back out of the deal if something goes wrong.
