Welcome beewax,
If your bankruptcy filing has been discharged and you haven't reaffirmed the mortgage, then you're not liable for paying the mortgage. However, unless the property is sold off at a foreclosure auction, you may remain liable for the maintenance of the property. You can ask your present mortgage servicer to sell off the property as is so that you can get rid of it soon.

Hi beewax!
Welcome to forums!
When they foreclose the property, they will have to do a sheriff sale. They will do it asap in order to recover their dues. However, at times, it will take some time in order to find buyers to sell off the property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
