im trying to buy a house but my credit is not good enough but , my uncle trying to co borrow me , but lenders keep telling me that i have to qualify my self is there any other way?
Your lenders don't know what they are talking about because anyone with good credit can co-sign with you in order to qualify you for the loan. Find yourself a better mortgage broker.
Midget, the primary borrower has to qualify at a minimum level in order for someone to cosign. It's abundantly clear that this person is not qualified to be a borrower.
