i am looking for one property in one of the bay area , should i only go for listed properties. what are the precautions i should take while approaching the property dealer.Are the frauds common over here? :roll: :roll:

Yes, you can go for listed properties. You can do a title search before buying the property. This will help you in knowing if the property has any kind of liens on it or not. I won't say frauds are common but if you are not careful enough, frauds may happen.
