Can some one tell me under what mortgage document can i see if my loan is a recourse or non-recourse loan?
I don't understand what you're asking. Can you clarify?
Hi Josemoscoso !
welcome to Forums!
Generally a note secured by mortgages on property is recourse loans. If there is no such note, then it is a non-recourse loan. In case of anti-deficiency statues, there can be exceptions.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
