Do I have a full twelve months to file an appeal on a child dependancy and neglect case?
Hi Miss!
The laws vary from state to state. In Michigan, the appellant has only 28 days to file brief with court of appeals. Time can be extended only by court of appeals on motion. The other person has 21 days after appellant files brief to file his/her brief. You can contact your legal expert to know the laws of your state. If you mention your state, may be I can be able to help you in a better way.
Thanks.

Hi Miss!
Laws are different in each state. I think you should take some legal help to know more about child dependency and neglect cases.
Thanks.
