how to close a deal in loan/mortgage?

Posted on: 06th May, 2011 06:10 am
hello guys, i need your help. i am offering loans and i have many prospects who interested but i have difficulty closing a deal. can you give me tips or ideas in closing a deal? Thank you.
Hi JCDlending,

"can you give me tips or ideas in closing a deal?"

1.If you think you can not keep the promise/word you wish to give to the prospect then there is no point in giving the promise.

2.Transparency related to all the terms and condition and all the charges is the key point for closing the deal.

3.people get delighted when you deliver more than what you have promised....It is not necessarily the deal related points i.e. rate of interest or term but if you could keep attention of small and minor things such as punctuality, putting yourself in their shoes and most important thing is 'stick to your point with polite nature.'

There could be some sector specific tricks but What I have narrated over here are some of the general things...

Keep in touch...
