Where do you note on application as to co borrower, non occupant.
Please clarify what you mean by this. Why is it that you are noting this and not the lender?
james, lots of lenders are still old-school and have customers complete the 1003 by themselves. you never know...
as for the answer: gturner, see page 3 of the application where there is a series of questions for you to answer. for borrower #2, the cosigner, check off the box that says the person will not occupy the property.
that ought to do it. if the 2 borrowers are completing separate applications, then it's the same answer but for borrower #1 in that case on that application.
