Has anyone any experience what so ever regarding complaints for UDAP against mortgagor or collection attorneys with the FDIC ? The FDIC web site is exhaustive in providing information regarding same, I was just wondering if anyone might have had any personal dealings regarding same.
Hi Michiel,
It will be difficult for you to surrender the property to the bank if you're already current on your mortgage payments. You can list the property in the market in order to sell it off. Once the property is sold off, you'll have to pay off the mortgage dues in full.
Take care.

Welcome Guest,
This is not a bank. This a mortgage forum where people discuss their mortgage related queries. You should contact your local banks and check out if they can help you in this matter.
