have moved and I need these papers to show in court that I paid this house off within the last fifteen years. My new adress is 815 Cascade Dr. Glenn Heights,Texas 75154.
My account #309782 This mortagage was paid off in 2004
Hey friend.....

May I make a suggestion???

I would not post ANY personal info. on this site... or any other site for that matter...

You just never know who is looking...

As for the paperwork showning proof of payoff, call the loan company and have them send over the history...

Hello Hawkins,

As soon as you pay off your mortgage completely, your lender is supposed to give a discharge of mortgage certificate.

Did you not get that?

You have to talk to your lender and collect the certificate from him.

Hi Hawkins,

Has not your mortgage company given you the Mortgage Release Certificate as you have paid it off in 2004? If not, you should ask your mortgage company to provide you the certificate and all the other necessary documents.

Thanks,
Larry

contact your most recent lender that should have your complete payment record on file. Or you can lookup the lender on your credit report and it will have contact number. If the house is paid off completely this also should be recorded with the county.
