In my credit report under credit summary/ type of account I had one car under mortgage account and another car under instalment account.
May I know what is the difference between the two?

Mortgages are taken against the house, how a car is appearing under mortgage account?
Cesarvinzon,
Both the mortgage and car debts should have been reported under the installment account on your credit report. This is so because these debts are paid off installments.
It is better to contact the credit bureau and request for a clarification. If something is inaccurately mentioned in your credit report, it may affect your chances of qualifying for future loans.
