is a deed in lieu something that is possible if you have a first and second mortgage?
welcome randolu,
deed in lieu of foreclosure is possible if you've first and second mortgage on the property. but both the lenders will have to agree to it. if the second lender won't agree to it, then the first lender won't be ready to approve a deed in lieu of foreclosure.
