My daughter and her husband has been living in her husband,s father's home.Unbeknowing to them her father in law has taken a load out on the property and has not paid the loan.The mortgage co notified my daughter and her husband and stated if they wanted to keep the house they can get a DEED OF GUEST.what is that and how would they go about getting this done?

I haven't heard of anything called "Deed of Guest". Your daughter and her husband should contact the lender and ask them to clarify the whole matter.

Deed of Guest will be some different terminology for regular mortgage world.
Please check with your lender and reply back on this community so that everyone will aware of such location specific terminologies.
