Is a mortgage deed (which has been released from the lien) serve as a deed as far as title of the property goes?
Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.

Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
A mortgage deed cannot serve as a title of the property. Mortgage docs and property deeds are different things.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Definitely no! They are not the same. Don't hesitate to ask from the experts if you want to learn more about related terms and definitions.
