Why banks have different loan amounts for saction(some banks approves 75%, some 80%, some upto 90%)
Is there any government regularity to control this?
Or individual bank took their decision about sanctioning amount?

Banks all implement their own rules because it is their money they are lending. I hope this helps...
any central agencies are there to control this?
