Are there any down payment assistance plans to help with the purchase of a doublewide on leased land in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina?

Hi,
There are many down payment assistance programs for purchase of doublewides.
You will have to contact some of the organizations who are providing such assistance programs.

I know about one such non-profit organization called RealtyAmerica.Org which is certified by IRS as a non-profit organization which provides down payment assistance.
You can contact them about your requirements.

Hi,
Some lenders allow borrowers to get gift funds from non-profit organizations. You will have to contact few lenders and enquire whether they allow the use of gift funds for making the down payment.
If they do allow they also have a list of such organization from whom the borrower will be allowed to take the grant.

Hi Kellehja,
Welcome back.
Hope you had great new year. :)
There are down payment assistance plans available in South Carolina.
Under the American Dream Down Payment Act, grants are provided to different states in order to assist low income families and uniformed employees such as policemen, firemen, maintenance workers and teachers in buying their own homes.
These grants are available to single family homes that are eligible for it. The amount granted depends upon the state or its previous year's commitment towards down payment assistance under the Home investment Partnerships program.
The grant amount also depends upon the previous year's total funds allocated by state and local governments, Community development block grant program, and mortgage revenue bonds.
