If a property has easement where can we get them from. Is there any legal procedure to get those documents?
Anybody who have a good knowledge on this please give a clear picture.

A title search would reveal if their are any easements on the property. As easements are recorded on the title performing a title search can help to find out if any easement exists or not.

can anyone tell me about what is floating easement?thanks
Hi Barry,
Floating easement occurs where no fixed location, method or limit to the right of way, route exists. As an example; a right of way/easement can cross a field without having any visible path. Such kind of easement can be public or private, appurtenant or gross. You can read more about it from here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Easement
