I have a client that wants to buy a condo that First Horizon Home Loan bought back at Sheriff sale. Who can I contact about when this is going to come on the market!?!

The client will have to contact the First Horizon Home Loan in order to buy the property. If he meets all the required criteria of the lender, then he will be able to buy the property.

Call First Verizon Home Loan and ask for the REO Department (Real Estate owned)
