After foreclosure of home does new owner have to give previous owner time to vacate?
Hi Linkmanager,
After foreclosure usually the new owner gives a notice to the previous owner stating that the latter should leave the property in a few days. In most cases, 3 days are given to the previous owner to vacate property.
Thanks,
Sara

LM, let me add one more thing, even after foreclosure the person has the right to recover his property by paying the outstanding dues to the lender which is known as Right of Redemption.
Thank you very much sara, for your answer.
