Are there any lenders out there who will lend to foreign nationals?
Hi shotgun!
Welcome to forums!
You will have to speak to the individual lenders in order to know whether or not they will lend to foreign nationals. This community has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and check out if they can help you in this matter.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I'm not a lender and can't give you specific advice on lenders. From my experience, as a foreign national I would recommend going through an international mortgage broker because they specialize in your situation. I had a pleasant experience with the broker I used, Credit International, and I would certainly recommend them to others.

We lend to foreign nationals; however, be prepared to make a hefty down payment.
