i heard about full doc, SISA, SIVA, NO DOC, NO ratio loans...But my Processing Manager today stumped me by asking what is FRED documentation. Have you guys ever heard of this type of documentation. I have processed loans for 4 years and never came across this. Let me know

FRED documentation may be some kind of documents that the lenders need at the time of loan processing. I am not sure about it. Hope some lender will clarify it to us.

I have checked around with a few other brokers and some lenders and can not find anyone who knows what this doc type is. Please let us know if you find out.
