Hi Jwalker, Looking over the numbers and they look great. There is a few other things they will look at like job history, bank statements, current pay stubs. Having no debt is great and you make good money. If all of your other finances are in good standing i see no problem with you getting a loan at the lowest rates right now.

Your credit score is good as well as your annual income is good too. I am agree with Garysnober as he say you must have to show good credit history & recent bank statements, Proof of your good income proof. Other condition & requirements will be apply by you location. If you matched with theirs minimum requirements then you will get loan from them.
