Are there any lenders who do loans for someone 2 1/2 years post bankruptcy? (Arizona)
Welcome Cheryll,
You may be able to get FHA loans 2 and 1/2 years after discharge from your Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. You will have to contact the FHA lenders and try to get a loan.

Yes, Adonis is right in saying so. You will have to get in touch with the local FHA lenders in this regard.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Yes, the FHA lenders would be the only choice for you since you've filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy 2 and a half years back.
We offer loans 2 years from the discharge of the Ch 7 BK. Have you re-established credit? Have you paid on time for at least a year?
