Hi. Here is my problem. Similar to others. Have a house payment at 6.25%, owe $183,000 approx value on property is $177,000. I had serious illness and got behind on bills. After owning homes for 26 yrs have made the only late mtg payments in my life during the past year. Have credit card debit, etc of $60,000. Would like to consolidate? Had awesome credit til recently...again serious health costs/lack of work due to health. Suggestions? Oh 3 yrs into 30 yrs mtg.
Hi Guest,
You can consolidate your debts so that it becomes easier for you to pay off the dues. You can contact the local debt relief companies and take their help in this matter. They will help you with consolidation program which will help you in paying off your debts in an affordable manner.
Thanks,
Jerry

the balance of the first mortgage is higher than the value of the property.
it is not possible to get a first mortgage or second mortgage even if credit were perfect.
