if a real estate agent files personal bankruptcy, which included her own personal FHA mortgage, does this place her on the LDP or GSA lists? I have been unable to find the answer to this question elsewhere and would appreciate specific information as to what activity would actually place an agent on these lists. The agent in question wants to be able to sell houses to home buyers who are using FHA loans and is concerned her bankruptcy may impact this.
Hi Bailey.
Welcome to the forum.
I am not sure whether the real estate agent will be placed on the LDP/GSA list. But you can get information on "When may a HUD official issue a limited denial of participation?"
Hope this helps.
Best of luck,
Larry

Hi jr,
You can log in to https://entp.hud.gov/clas/index.cfm and check the LDP and GSA lists. For further information, you can also refer to page 4 of "http://www.vandyksystems.com/manuals/How%20to%20order%20an%20FHA%20Case.pdf" .
