my ex husband force me to sign the inter spousal transfer grant deed at a notary office i never got a copy of papers i sign but as yrs passed by i was told i could appeal do that i had mental problems and was going to mental doctors and i had no one with me to read or explain the papers i signed at the moment.. at that time he left me in the streets with our 3 children i need an advice is there something i can do to appeal..please help thank you
You would be best to contact an attorney in your area, that specializes in Real Estate. There usually is not an attorney on this site to give you the proper advise. Hope you get this resolved.

Absolutely... You need to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. You can get a duplicate copy of the property deed from the county recorder's office.
