Land value

I had home appraised with land. There is not going to be any equity to split. Husband is saying that would be the only thing I would be intitled to would be any equity. The Land was appraised and the home was given a separate value on the appraisal. He is saying because the land goes with the home because it is held as collateral he doesn't owe me anything. Is this true?
Hi momraleytrey!

Welcome to forums!

I will suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and take his help in this matter. He will let you know whether or not your husband owes anything to you.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
