Can a lender foreclose on a property if the property tax was not paid, and was not included in the loan? Property tax was always paid by the home owner.
Hi cadead,
If the property taxes are always paid on time and if all the dues are cleared, then the lender cannot foreclose the property.

Hi cadead!

I agree with what Adonis has said. You should speak to the lender if he is foreclosing the property and inform him that you have paid off the property taxes. This will help you in stopping the foreclosure.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
