Hi Casisjustin,

This site also has a listing of mortgage related calculators. You can select one as per your needs from here - http://www.mortgagefit.com/calculators/

I had used some when I needed to calculate few details about mortgage options available for one of my friends. The results were quite accurate.

Apart from using the calculators other members have mentioned you can tell us your details (income, credit score, dti, house price, downpayment able to make, reserves, type of job....) and we will try and let you know which type of mortgage will be best for you.

Thanks

It all depends on what you trying to calculate but i would suggest talking to a professional as you might miss something or overestimate or underestimate something.
