My daughter bought a house. My son had to co sign for her to be approved. how can he get his name out of the mortgage.
since my daughter is the one responsible for the payment since the beginning

is the original mortgage and fha mortgage??? or, is it a conventionla mortgage????
is your son a true cosigner (not on the deed and not on the mortgage) or
is he a nonoccupant coborrower (he is on the deed and on the mortgage)
if the original mortgage is an fha mortgage, if she has been paying over 12 months and can verfiy she is the one paying, could do an fha streamline refinance without an appraisal and take the son's name off.
if it is a conventional (not fha) mortgage, she would have to refinance and qualify on her own.
